- Osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis:
- 20mg OD but can be given 40mg for the first 2 days
- Gout:
- 40mg STAT
- Dysmenorrhea (Off-label):
- 20mg BD * 2/7 then 20mg OD for 1-3 days
Capsules: 20mg
Take with food or a lot of water to avoid GI side effects
