Tablet:

- Take orally once daily in the morning, with or without food.
- Hydration is important to prevent dehydration caused by dapagliflozin’s diuretic effect.
- Dapagliflozin (SGLT2 Inhibitor): Lowers blood glucose by reducing glucose reabsorption in the kidneys and increasing its excretion in the urine.
- Sitagliptin (DPP-4 Inhibitor): Increases incretin hormones (GLP-1 and GIP), which enhance insulin release from pancreatic beta cells and reduce glucagon secretion, helping regulate blood sugar.
