Tablet:

• 150mg/75mg
• 75mg/75mg

Can be taken without regards to meals

Aspirin: It non-selectively and irreversibly inhibits cyclooxygenase, reducing prostaglandin and thromboxane A2 synthesis, producing analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects and reducing platelet aggregation

Clopidogrel: It irreversibly binds to adenosine diphosphate receptors, reducing platelet activation and aggregation

• Bleeding
• Pruritus
• Dyspepsia
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Abdominal pain
• Tinnitus
• Dizziness
• Hyperuricemia
• Ecchymosis
• Constipation
• Diarrhea

• Hypersensitivity to aspirin or NSAIDs
• Aspirin-associated hypersensitivity reactions include aspirin-induced urticaria, aspirin-intolerant asthma
• Aspirin triad
• CrCl <10 (patients not on hemodialysis)
• Peritoneal dialysis
• Active bleeding
• Hemorrhoids
• Sarcoidosis
• Thrombocytopenia
• Hemophilia
• Lactating mother
• Ulcerative colitis
• GI bleeding
• Coagulation disorder
• G6PD deficiency
• Uncontrolled hypertension
• Influenza (patients <20 years old)
• Varicella (patients <20 years old)
• Febrile viral infection (patients <20 years old)
• Pregnancy starting at 30wk gestation (except low-dose ASA use)
• >3 alcoholic drinks/day use
