• Elevated intraocular pressure:
    • 1 gtt in eye(s) OD/BD
  • Acute angle-closure glaucoma (Off-label):
    • 1 gtt in eye(s) OD/BD
    • For short-term treatment
  • Eye drops:
    • 0.5% w/v
    • 0.25% w/v
  • Remove contact lenses before applying the eye drops and wait until 10 min before inserting contact lenses.
  • Discard 4 weeks after opening bottle
  • Eye drops should be used before eye ointments
  • If using more than 1 eye drop, they should be administered at least 5 minutes apart
